BOARD & OFFICERS

Kevin Maloney, Chairman, Director:
Mr. Maloney has had an extensive career in retail banking, finance and resources. He joined Elders Resources in 1981 after spending 20 years with the ANZ Bank. Mr Maloney was Founder and Chairman of The MAC Services Group, formerly Australia's largest publicly listed provider of remote area mining accommodation and services until its acquisition by a US based NYSE listed entity in late 2010.

Andrew Maloney, Director and Interim Chief Executive Officer:
Mr. Maloney was an Executive at The Mac Services Group, Australia's largest integrated mining accommodations provider. During his 10 years at The MAC Services Group, he was instrumental in that company's growth, its public listing on the ASX in 2007 and then the ultimate sale of the company in 2010 for $651m to the NYSE listed Oil States International Inc.

Barrett Sleeman, Director:
Mr. Sleeman has had diverse experience as a mining engineer in most minerals, including open pit and underground mine production.

John Cook, Director¹^,2,3:
Mr. Cook has more than 40 years of experience as an institutional and high net worth adviser, specializing in raising capital for mining companies.

Ken Pickering, Independent Director¹^,2,3:
Mr. Pickering is the former VP Major Projects, Closed Mines and North American Assets for BHP Billiton Base Metals, and has substantial copper development experience.

Joel Schneyer, Independent Director¹^,2,3:
Mr. Schneyer has more than 30 years experience as an investment banker, financial engineer, geologist and expert witness to private and listed resource companies, private equity groups, as well as law firms and governments.

Ray Irwin, VP Exploration:
Mr. Irwin has more than 35 years of diversified minerals exploration, mine development and mine operating experience, and has directly participated in four significant economic discoveries and their evaluation. Mr. Irwin was inducted into the Geology Hall of Fame in October 2010.

Stuart Crawford, Chief Financial Officer:
Mr. Crawford brings over 18 years of investment banking and accounting experience with a range of global investment banks underpinned by the discipline of chartered accounting and legal qualifications to THEMAC. Mr. Crawford holds graduate degrees in Commerce and Law from the University of Queensland, Australia, and a Masters of Business Administration from the Australian Graduate School of Management.

Stephen Law, Secretary:
Mr. Law is a corporate lawyer with over 30 years experience. He is former General Counsel and Company Secretary of TheMAC Services Group.
